1 Introduction
Welcome to 799pak. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 799pak ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 799pak is an online sports betting and live casino entertainment platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. All services are provided in PKR.
By accessing, registering on or using any part of 799pak — whether through the website or the mobile app available via the Download section — you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements
To register and use 799pak you must meet all of the following conditions:

799pak reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point. If satisfactory verification is not provided when requested, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.
Age Verification: 799pak takes age verification seriously. Any account suspected of belonging to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately pending verification. Winnings accumulated during any period of underage use will be forfeited.
3 Account Registration & Security
Each individual player is permitted to hold one account on 799pak only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal details at registration and keeping them up to date.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password.
- All activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by any other person who has accessed your account using your credentials.
- Notifying 799pak immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
799pak will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as suspicious and contact support immediately.
Account registration is free. There is no mandatory deposit required to complete registration — you can explore the platform before committing any funds. When you are ready to deposit, you can use JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or other supported payment channels.
Security Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your 799pak account. Do not reuse passwords from other sites. Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
4 Deposits & Payments
All deposits on 799pak are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section at the time of your transaction.
The following deposit rules apply:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the Deposit section and may vary by payment method.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically confirm within minutes.
- 799pak does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 799pak is not responsible.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Deposits made in error cannot be refunded once they have been credited to your 799pak balance and used to place bets.
Fastest Deposits: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your 799pak balance within 2–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer withdrawals.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the account section and may vary by payment method.
- Withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion applies.
- Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
- 799pak reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or high-value withdrawal requests.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment accounts not registered in your name.
- If any active bonus conditions remain on your account, withdrawal eligibility may be subject to those bonus terms.
Routine withdrawals are processed without unreasonable delay. If a withdrawal request is pending beyond the expected timeframe, contact 799pak support through the available help channels.
6 Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 799pak, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other available markets:
- All bets are placed in PKR. The stake entered on the bet slip is the exact amount that will be deducted from your balance.
- Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. The odds accepted at confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent market movement does not affect confirmed bets.
- Bets placed on a market that is subsequently suspended or cancelled due to data errors, technical issues or event cancellation will typically be voided and the stake returned.
- For cricket matches, if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for an official result under the relevant playing conditions, bets on match winner markets will be voided unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
- For in-play betting, 799pak relies on data feeds from
third-party providers. In the event of a significant data delay or feed error during a live match, 799pak reserves the right to suspend in-play markets temporarily. Bets already confirmed before suspension remain valid.
- Maximum payout limits per bet and per market may apply. These limits are displayed in the relevant market rules and may vary by sport and market type.
- Duplicate bets — multiple identical bets placed on the same selection within a short time window — may be flagged and limited at 799pak's discretion if they are deemed to exploit a technical pricing error.
- Accumulators and combination bets are subject to the individual rules of each leg. If one leg is voided, the bet is recalculated based on the remaining legs.
PSL & Cricket Markets: PSL matches get dedicated in-play coverage on 799pak. For rain-affected or Duckworth-Lewis-revised matches, settlement follows the official match result as determined by the relevant cricket board. Bets will not be voided solely on the basis of a D/L revision unless the match is abandoned outright before an official result is possible.
7 Live Casino Rules
The 799pak live casino section offers real-time table games hosted by live dealers, including baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game show format titles. The following rules apply:
- All live casino bets are placed in PKR. Minimum and maximum table limits vary by game and are displayed on the game interface before you join a table.
- Once a bet has been confirmed and the dealer has called "no more bets" or the equivalent in-game action, that bet cannot be amended or cancelled.
- In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server records. If the round was completed successfully on the server, the result stands regardless of the player's connection status during the round.
- If a live dealer session is interrupted due to a technical error on 799pak's side before the round completes, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- Malfunctions void all pays. If a technical error causes an incorrect payout or display during a live game, 799pak reserves the right to correct the balance accordingly.
- Live casino activity contributes to VIP tier progression on the same basis as sports betting activity.
8 Bonuses & Promotions
799pak offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, time limits and any game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless the promotion explicitly states that it can stack with another offer.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
- Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including by opening multiple accounts, using third-party funds or coordinating bets with other players to exploit bonus conditions — will result in the bonus being forfeited and may result in account suspension.
- 799pak reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Modifications will not apply retrospectively to bonuses already credited to player accounts.
Wagering Requirements: Always read the specific terms of any bonus before accepting it. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal. The specific requirement for each offer is stated clearly in that offer's terms.
9 VIP Programme
The 799pak VIP programme rewards consistent players across both sports betting and live casino activity. The following general rules apply:
- VIP tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity in PKR across all eligible products. The specific wagering thresholds for each tier are published in the VIP section.
- VIP benefits vary by tier and may include enhanced odds on selected markets, faster withdrawal processing, access to dedicated support and personalised promotional offers.
- VIP status is reviewed periodically. Tiers may be adjusted based on sustained activity levels over a defined review period. Players will be notified of any tier changes.
- VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another player.

10 Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — there is a cooling-off period before any upward change takes effect.
- Session Reminders: You can activate time alerts to remind you how long you have been on the platform during any given session.
- Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break, you can request a self-exclusion period through your account settings. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, place bets or receive promotional communications.
- Budget Management: Before any session, decide on a PKR amount you are comfortable spending as entertainment. Once that amount is used, end the session regardless of results.

11 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 799pak. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended and relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation:
- Opening or operating more than one account.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting technical errors, mispriced odds or system malfunctions — any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
- Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee outcomes or manipulate markets.
- Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financial fraud.
- Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Any conduct that 799pak reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
12 Account Suspension & Closure
799pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification when requested.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or abuse of promotions.
- A court order or other legally binding instruction to do so.
- The player requests closure of their own account.
If an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, any funds held in the balance will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any winnings derived from the prohibited activity will be voided. Legitimate balances that are not connected to the breach will be returned to the player through the payment method on file, subject to standard verification requirements.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so through account settings or by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to the payment method on file.
13 Limitation of Liability
799pak provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, accurate and reliable service, 799pak does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The following limitations apply:
- 799pak is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, data feed errors or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.
- 799pak is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access that occurred as a result of the player sharing their login details.
- In the event of a pricing or payout error, 799pak's liability is limited to returning the original stake to the player. No additional compensation is payable in respect of expected winnings based on the incorrect price.
- 799pak does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits 799pak's liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
14 Changes to These Terms
799pak may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the platform and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and, if you wish, request closure of your account.
