If a match is officially abandoned before completion and no result is declared, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to your account balance. If a match is postponed but rescheduled within 24 hours, bets typically remain valid. For postponements beyond that window, stakes are refunded. This policy applies to Cricket, Football, and all other sports on 799pak.

New members who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus. The bonus amount is credited to your bonus wallet and comes with wagering requirements — this means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus converts to real withdrawable cash. The most common reason for installation failure is that "Install unknown apps" permission has not been enabled for your browser or file manager. Go to Settings → Apps → your browser app → Install unknown apps → toggle on. If the APK still fails, make sure you have at least 100MB of free storage and that you downloaded the file from our official Download page only. Re-download if the file appears corrupted.

The 799pak app is optimised for Pakistani mobile networks and works well on 4G and even a stable 3G connection. Standard sports betting uses minimal data.
