1 Introduction

4 Payment Data & PKR Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals on 799pak are processed in PKR through supported payment channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. Handling payment data carefully is one of our most important obligations to players.

• Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment service providers. These providers handle the actual transfer of funds and are responsible for the security of the transaction data they process.

• Bet and transaction history: Retained for the duration of the account plus the post-closure period described above. Detailed bet records may be needed to resolve disputes or investigate bet settlement queries raised after the event.
• Support communications: Retained for a reasonable period after the issue is resolved, so that we have context if the same issue arises again.
• Verification documents: Retained only as long as necessary for the verification purpose and any related legal obligations. Copies of CNIC or other documents are not stored beyond this period.
• Analytics data: Aggregated analytics data from which individuals cannot be identified may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.

When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised in a secure manner.

8 Data Security
